Ahmed assisted us with our property search and I will never ever recommend him to anyone!! Despite of asking about the hidden costs associated with the property multiple times he lied to us. Hid or manipulated very crucial information which would have helped us deciding to go for or not! There are a few such things including Chiller, which has a separate bill and he was already asked repeatedly if it s free and he said there is one time activation charge of 300 Aed which later turns out to be 2300 Aed and a separate monthly bill apart from DEWA. We were not told any of this until we had to face a disconnection! Now, coming to apartment, we expect the clean house like everyone does, the house was messy the day we moved in and Ahmed again promised us that he will keep it clean and ready before we get in when we came to see the condition of the house two days in prior to our moving. The DEWA wasn t activated for which we paid them in advance, we had to stay without electricity for half a day! The house had lots of old furniture for us to work on and dispose including broken and useless furniture which was asked to remove. Above all of this there are termites, toilet leakages and pests!!!! What have this person gotten us into with a toddler baby. This was a very important and crucial decision for us to move closer to my workplace so that I could save on my daily commute to work and ending up paying hefty amount of money every month which has no escape!! I have to see what is the consequence e space has for its employees on this and how this is dealt with. Our owners are helping us sorting out the leakages at the moment but I cannot spend a minute without thinking about how cheated I feel by this property agent!! I will write about my further update after finding out the company s action on not only justify this but also provide me a meaningful solution to my situation!! We had to sleep with a disconnect chiller last night because of your ignorance!!! Extremely disappointed with the service!!!!!
