HONEST AND OPERATES WITH INTEGRITY. Dupree installed the plumbing in my new construction home. Kept having a leak from the upstairs bathroom that would flood downstairs. They came out 2 times and said there was nothing wrong - must have been something I did. I ended up calling another plumbing company (and paying out of pocket ~$700) to run a camera - they didn't catch any issue.

Flooding happened again (4-5th time in <2 months) - this time the owner/manager (?) came out with the plumbers and identified the pipe had been incorrectly installed (incorrect pitch). Owner/manager resolved the issue (after much frustration having to deal with this issue multiple times). Had to tear up ceiling and replace piping / drywall. Ultimately, owner/manager ended up paying the bill for the other plumber I paid out of pocket for.

Despite the issues with incorrect installation (mistakes happen - and in this case may have been hard to catch), but in the end they made it right. Owned their mistake, and reimbursed me for costs incurred. Appreciate their honesty and integrity. Have not had any issues since.
