This restaurant came highly recommended and under optimal conditions it might warrant an extra star but for a birthday dinner the waiter messed up the order for the birthday girl, then rushed the preparation of the main dish to try and correct it, only to bring it out undercooked. The waiter did the right thing and comp'd the dishes that were improperly prepared but by then damage was done. On top of that, the food was only OK, not as exceptional as had been described. It does however have the potential for a knockout sunset view...assuming you aren't fogged in like we were.
