Our treadmill that we bought from FitnessZone several years ago (they were great to buy from) broke during covid-19, and we needed it repaired. Nathan and Jake came out to assess, and ordered the part. It took awhile for the part to arrive due to covid-19 backups with the manufacturer (like everything else), but Nathan kept us in the loop with phone calls of the status. He came out to fix it right away when the part arrived. Nathan is absolutely awesome -- he knows what he's doing, is professional, kind, and goes the extra miles to ensure the job is done right! We will definitely be doing business again with FitnessZone for future home gym equipment, and highly recommend them.
