Unfortunately this hotel did not work out with us. The hotel was really run down. It did not get any love. Disappointed since it's a Hilton. The room did not look anything like the pictures. There were holes in the ceiling from water damage. Room was dirty there was toothpicks on the floor. The handles of the closet were falling apart as was the toilet paper holder. The room smelled like mildew. There was a restaurant in the building it was closed. One of the elevators only worked when it wanted to. I was trying to go up to my room and elevator didn't move at all. Thought I was going to get stuck in there until a man pushed the button from the outside. We ended up leaving the same day and going to a Marriott hotel.

Hilton did reach out to me and refunded the points I used, they even added some extra points for the bad stay. I appreciate the response but they should really give this hotel some love.
