Clean, small rooms (this is HK after all!). Smartly designed maximising the space with quality furnishings and a comfortable bed. Cable TV, in room safe, and tea/coffee setup, plus a mini fridge, modern computer table and chair. Great connectivity with free wifi, and ample plug sockets - including USB. All round friendly and helpful staff. Great location for tram and busses outside the door and 7 min walk to Wan Chai MTR. 5 min walk to Pacific Place. The OZO is a great value hotel especially as you don't want to spend a great deal of time in your room when you are in Hong Kong, but it is a comfortable place to come back to.
