I suffer from agoraphobia with anxiety and based on my previous car buying experience I was not looking forward to it...but I did want a new Kia. I had stopped by about a week ago and talked with John and he was very nice and informative. No pressure just tried to give me my options. Then I returned yesterday with my husband. I didn't know if we were going to walk away with a new car...but from the moment we walked on the lot and started the process with Bob it was amazing. No haggling, no nerve wracking waits...just bought a car. They gave me a generous trade in for my car and gave me exactly what I wanted in terms of payments. It could not have been any easier, pleasant or satisfying. I look forward to a relationship with this wonderful business.
