I had my baby at Khema Clinic. My doctor (Dr. Sakviseth) who helped me deliver and provided the prenatal care was excellent! She spoke perfect English, was very friendly, and seemed well educated.
The only complaints I have are that my postnatal care was not great. The nurses were not very attentive and they left me in the dark about getting a birth certificate for my daughter. (Apparently, foreigners only have 30 days after delivery to get a birth certificate from the Cambodian Government. We went through a LOT of trouble with the U.S. embassy and Khmer Govt. getting a birth certificate for our baby because we had waited too long)
