Just checked out after a 7 night stay, costing over $2000, and I asked for a bottle of water from the front desk...they had the audacity to ask me to sign for it so they could add it to my bill. Customer service and training in good judgment is required. The hotel itself is average for the room rate charged. Bathrooms very small.
