I am six months pregnant and traveled with a three-year-old daughter. I was placed in a room on the third floor where the elevator don t have access. You need to take lift to second floor and then take stairs to the third floor. What in my circumstances it is a challenge especially with luggage.
In a hotel with good custumers service you will expect the when receptionist will realise your situations will change or suggest a change of room to more convenience.
Room was located above very loud devices, despite 25 degrees, it was impossible to open windows despite the heat because it was like you are at the airport and you hear the plane taking off.
Hotel location very convenience!
Overall terrible experience, I will never be back there again!!!
