I hardly give poor ratings but the dining experience here is really below par for a fine dining experience.

1. Despite sending my reservation more than a month in advance, we were shoved at a table next to the kitchen as there were no "big tables" to accommodate a group of 13 except that next to the kitchen. Mind you, i asked for a private room and was turned down as there was only "one" table large enough for our crowd. This was far from true as a larger crowd was apparently allocated "the" only table that can accommodate more than 12.

2. Servers were zooming in and out of the kitchen( imagine: doors being slamped every 10s on average) , we can hear the wok and the kitchen chaos. Its equatable to an experience in a zi- char store, of cos with air-con.

3. To be fair, the food was still decent.

But the dining experience, especially if you are hosting guest, spoils it all. Chain shops like " beauty in a pot" or Hai Di lao" offers much better experience than this. I definitely would say its not a choice to host a large business dinner/lunch nor intimate family/friends gathering.
