Typical deceitful bill collector. Collector told me if I set up a payment plan, would not be reported to CRAs. I did as instructed, via the website so it would all be recorded. I have a PLAN ID NUMBER. Payments made as promised. Called CS to be told no I dont, I just post dated payments. ABSURD. Just another bunch of lying scam bill collectors. It worked. Congrats. I paid my bill at the expense of a more important one. Disappointed and disgusted I fell for it.
