I have found the this shop is very helpful, not just on getting parts but advice on what is best for the bike (to get the most out of it) yes, there have been a couple of hic-cups from time to time but that also goes for me, in giving them wrong info. Or me, thinking I know better to be fair to this shop. The shop was so good, I actually bought my latest bike (a Stumpy) from them. Yes a good shop, a good bike and good service. I am a hard task master, my pet hate is a "no return call, when shops indicate they will" this shop does call back. But I too understand when they (shops in general) are under the pump, things may take time.
