Weird experience today! I got a 3rd degree at WC when I picked up my ticket. RULES ARE your name has to be on the list to pick up, although I am a season ticket holder and changed my ticket to Sat. mat of Chicago. I had the voided ticket but that wasn't adequate. I had to have a confirmation from the person who ordered the season prescription who is out of the country! I was told the person who told me I was 'all set' when I phoned the box office 5 days ago was NEW. A little courtesy would have been appreciated. I got my ticket with a line of people waiting.
