The resort is simply stunning and their customer service is exceptional. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel at home and to accommodate you in any way possible. Despite me giving the resort 4 stars (which is really for the staff hospitality and service) there are areas that need serious improvement. The food, room service, housekeeping, and the entertainment portion need to seriously be re-evaluated. The food was unflavored and simply just fair. None of the restaurants really stood out to me. The food ordered from room service was simply horrible. The food quality was poor and old/cold food was constantly delivered to us so we just stopped using the service. Housekeeping did a good job with making the room appear clean but I never really felt like the room was truly clean. The entertainment portion of the resort was a complete disaster and staff should take serious notes from Now and mimic what they do/how they get it right with the entertainment and dining. Overall this resort is nice and I found ways to enjoy it but it s definitely geared towards couples and the over 40 age group. Good thing the resort is connected to Now because that s where we ate and found entertainment.
