I will never deal with a KVI rep again. I was told by the CEO that he basically didn t have time to help me. Instead of delegating to someone who had more time , he just decided to ignore my calls and emails. I lost out on going on the cruise of my choice because of his delays. I am beyond offended that he had the audacity to tell me Also, as the CEO of KVI, the amount of time I have free to research cruises is very limited .
I would think as CEO you would make sure the customers come first. I have booked with another agency and they were nothing less than amazing.
