We at the age of 43,41,14,12 and 9 years rate our hotel stay from 10.10.18-10.10.18 as follows:
Check in was very friendly and very efficient. We were driven with our suitcases to our Famzi. The loading and unloading of our luggage has been taken over by the hotel staff. On the way to our room the staff showed us and explains in German, where the important first portals are & where we get new beach towels. Our Famzi. was on the 2nd floor. Our bags were carrying up. Our Famzi. was in a very clean and impeccable condition. The staff explained how to set the air conditioning and how the room safe can be used. And then he wanted to go again. Since he did not ask for a tip by himself & he did his job so kind & conscientious, we gave him a tip. He thanked us & wished us a nice holiday. The room was exactly as it was described by our tour operator. The room was getting old, we did not think so, but everyone has their own perception. The room was cleaned every day with everything that belonged to it. Food & beverage were almost everywhere in the whole area. There were restaurants, snacks, bars and a'la carte restaurants. At different opening times. The buffets were always the same in their basic form and on different days were always different highlights offered such as: salmon or pizza or kebab, etc., etc. This did not bother us, as the buffets were very large & we certainly not everything could try because it was just too much. Salads and fruits were always fresh. There were hot & cold buffets. Our own kids are certainly not the best eaters, especially if they do not know the food. But they were satisfied & were always full. Drinks such as coffee, tea, cocoa, apple juice, orange juice, multivitamin juice, etc. you could at any time take yourself at the vending machine. Of course you could also order the drinks at the table. The service staff had so much to do at peak times that you had to wait a bit to order your drinks. That was fine for us, because you can not work more than that & the service staff worked & always tried to please all & that certainly was not always that easy. The volume in the rush hour can be very loud, but it depends on how the guests behave themselves with their families. The noise is from the guests and not from the hotel or the staff. The aquapark has 13 slides, 9 slides for adults & children & 4 slides for younger children. 10 o'clock-17: 30 o'clock. All pools were watched by "lifeguards". There were also regular pool games with the guests here. If you get hungry, you could also eat delicious burgers with fries here. Drinks except for cocktails were also available. The beds are sufficiently available. There are no editions here. Beach chairs with cushions are only on the beach. Our Famzi. We had a very central location in this very large resort. If we did not want to walk we could use the shuttle service. The shuttle leaves every 5 minutes to the beach. Last drive from the beach to the hotel is at 18 o'clock. The fine sandy beach is very well maintained. Here, too, there are lifeguards on the beach and on the boardwalk with platform for jumping at certain times. There is seating & drinks on the jetty. On the beach there is another bar and the immediate vicinity a snack bar. Also on the beach there is plenty of food and drink. Local providers offer water sports here. The hotel area is constantly maintained. There are also free-roaming animals, the chickens and the cats are very popular among the children. The entire hotel staff was always friendly towards us. I can not say much about the shows, since we are not show goers ourselves, we preferred to play card games together at one of the bars.
