This company has been unresponsive to calls regarding inferior and damaged products. The first shipment was for another customer. The replacements were not triple pane. Sashes were replaced and they do not fit properly. There are gaps in the windows which will decrease the energy efficiency. Cables that hold the windows up do not work properly. Stops and hardware were missing. Very poor experience. Turning this over to Better Business Bureau.
