The only reason I gave this hotel a 2 stars is because their water park! Their rooms and hotel overall is extremely old and needs major work!! The first room I was in smelled of mildew and mold (I am allergic to mold) so I requested a new room they stated the hotel was full for the night and I would have to wait to the morning, so i then looked around the room to try to find the source and in the bathroom I discovered mold in the vents and the sprinkler was covered with mold, I then called them and told them I could not stay in this room because my chest was beginning to hurt, I was again told they have no other rooms, so I began to call other hotels near because I could not stay in a molded room especially with my kids, I told my husband what was going on he called up to the front desk per he works for hotels and saw their where available rooms, needless to say they moved me to another room which was a little better still old, the entire facility is old, mildewy and the beds have bed bugs, I would not recommend staying here especially with kids!!! Their water park is great!! That is the only reason they have 2 stars and the arcade was also nice!!! The staff are unhappy and you can tell in their service, they stated theirs a lot going on...stay at a nearby hotel and just buy admission to go to the water park!! I will be forwarding the pictures I sent to the health department!!
