(My opinion concerns the people who took care of my case, obviously all the hospital is NOT responsible for my misadventures I also had a very good experience with several doctors)

Really shameful. I was in an emergency two years ago for a perforating double otitis, the guard did not want to take me because "I do not move for a girl who cries for an ear", result? I'm 17 years old and I'm deaf in my right ear right now, this story dates, so it's clear so I'm going to talk about what happened to me today! My grandmother make an appointment for an echo for my knees, The appointment is made, the address is given, I go there to be told that no appointment was made to my name! My grandmother had to give my name first name and date of birth, so normally everything should be good .. But no! "I do not have an appointment in your name" So my grandmother to invent the address?

I have never left such a negative opinion (especially when it comes to a hospital) but here it's just shameful. I would like to understand, understand how is the client treated so badly?
