Preparing for a colonoscopy is no fun... but nonetheless, this place rocked! Everything was so well organized! I knew what to expect beforehand from the information emailed to me in advance. The staff was professional and personable. There were plenty of available bathrooms before the procedure - this was a serious plus, trust me. There was no time spent waiting around - everything was done in a timely manner. Nurses were competent and friendly - one even asked questions while the other quickly put in the IV. I don't remember the procedure itself, but the doctor and nurses in the procedure room were also impressive. Afterwards, the staff called my ride twenty minutes before I was ready to leave, so that person's time wasn't wasted. I can't say I'll be looking forward to another colonoscopy, but I sure wish that every medical office worked as well as this one does.
