Basically, I rarely rate such services because the ratings are often based on my own taste. In that case, I make an exception because I'm mostly happy with HelloFresh. We tried the offer as a new customer. Basically, I can say that you can't go wrong here. When you are working full-time, you often do not want to do great shopping after work, let alone cook extensively. Therefore, the offer is absolutely right here. The choice of dishes is varied, there is always something new and we have never had a dish that we didn't like. Of course, tastes are different, that's how it should be. Basically, almost everything tastes good and the ingredients are well coordinated. Unfortunately, the vegetables are not always very fresh, sometimes they are a little tarnished. But is not too bad. After all, it's still edible. Cooking is really easy, but it often takes longer than the recipe says. I don't think that's too bad either, because after 5 minutes more or less it doesn't matter. My only criticism of the whole thing is simply the price. We only order the Classic Box for 39.99 (3 dishes, 2 people). It's just too much. That would be perfectly fine for half. If I thought about what I could buy for the money in the supermarket, I would manage twice as long. Sure, you shouldn't forget about the development of the recipes or the compilation of the products in the box, because you don't have to worry about it as a customer. You also don't need to go shopping in the supermarket. There is also a flat rate for shipping, because the boxes are not exactly small and light. Nonetheless, 40 is simply too much money. For half of it it would be out of order and we would order more often. Otherwise we are absolutely satisfied with the service, the performance and the recipes.
