Will never trust Best Buy! My 80 year old Mom wanted a new computer and bought a new Apple from Best Buy Shreveport. She took it home and plugged and it had someone's name and wanted a password. Then when she returned it they wanted to send her a check when she paid cash! With 3 trips to the store for a total of 150 miles she was ripped off with a used computer!
