I am one of the flat owner from DS max properties, to be very frank the building is full of cracks and seepages and that's the most common problem for all residents residing in the society, the building is constructed in a such a way that seepage and crack is very worse in this building, However FMC team Ranganathan is very helpful in terms of helping us in providing a very strong fightback with these issues, however i would say the DS max have a very poor construction quality and on raising the issue to them, they cleanly pass the ball on to the court of FMC team which is difficult and challenging for them to attend, i also feel that the site FMC team is too good and capable to respond on time but the management do not permit or give adequate support to perform the same as the major flaws are occurred during the building construction only, as a maintenance the FMC team cannot do much magic for the flaws occurred during construction, Filters are not provided for the overhead tank as well which leads to dirty water coming on taps, end of the day FMC team hold the breath to run the show and keep us happy, I would say DS- Max team higher management who sit luxuriously in their office is worth nothing and worst as always....
