I received the completely wrong parts and got no kind of problem resolution from "customer service". I ordered 5 TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) sensors on Thursday. I ordered them 2nd day shipping because I needed them by the following Friday for an appointment to have new wheels and tires installed on my truck. Monday was Labor Day so I should receive the parts by Wednesday; Thursday if there was a shipping issue, but in time for my appointment. On Wednesday when I got home from work there was a box with 2 wheel bearing hub assemblies. That's right! 2! I contacted "customer service" and informed them of the issues at hand. They gave me my options: (1) a refund or (2) have the correct parts shipped to me after I sent the wrong parts back. Neither option being acceptable as neither option put the parts in my hand in time for the appointment; which by the way, the next available appointment was in the middle of October. I asked the "customer service" rep if I do a refund and re-order the parts, will they ship them Fed Ex Early AM to my company, as we receive our Early AM shipments by 9 am. That means I would receive the parts in time for the appointment. I was told she didn't see that as a shipping option. I'm not sure what that means. Anyone can send a package any way they choose. Fed Ex will be happy to take your money, trust me. Now I have to buy the sensors from the place I'm taking my truck for the appointment at $120 a piece rather than the $55 a piece from RockAuto. THANKS RockAuto! My company, if we make a mistake and the issue can't be "fixed", we do whatever it takes to make the customer happy and lessen the impact of the mistake! That's Customer Service!! "we are sorry that happened, we can give you a full refund including shipping cost" doesn't cut it! Of course you will refund All my money, because at this point there was absolutely no services rendered! Needless to say, I will never user RockAuto again. I will certainly never recommend them to anyone. I don't wish that kind of "customer service" on anyone!
