Could be great but only good. Wonderful location, great room, friendly reception staff. Light bulb out in room and bath fallen away from the wall, minor but expect better for the money. Breakfast was poor. Returned 1/2 because it was cold. Other was luke warm. Forgot to bring out butter for toast, then cups for coffee, then milk for coffee. Breakfast/Coppa Club letting the side down a bit sadly.
