Horrible customer service and they do not honor lifetime warranty. My Fulton winch broke and Roger Cruz would not help me in anyway fix the issue. I even offered to purchase the part that broke and they say part is not offered.
BEWARE DO NOT BUY FULTON PRODUCTS
