Cheapest car insurance I've ever had, haven't had a bad experience yet. Staff are great, some more than others do like a bit of small talk while filling out qoutes and information. But I for one don't have a problem with this. They're doing their job sitting in front of a screen all day quoting insurance, if I can help pass their day with a little chit chat while still getting what I want I see no harm, especially when these days it's so hard to get an English speaking call center.
My advice for people is don't enquire about a qoute if you've only got 5 minutes to do it. Use a bit of common sense and set aside a time to organize these things. Also try being a little more polite, might make the person on the other end of the phone WANT to help you.
