Been with soar transportation for two months now. They are always 100% behind their employees. I always have some kind of issue in which may delay the load, and the company will always understand the reasoning behind it . They will always work to help fix the issue rather then punish you for a failed load. They fully understand on the trucker world things happen and will happen, and they are ready. The lay is great, and routes are gorgeous. I love the company so far and what the future holds with them.
