I just moved into a new house last month and we were supposed to get our first water bill this past week. When i got it, I noticed it was pretty small and that the meter was reading 0 usage. I knew that something had to be wrong, so I contacted the customer service line. I have called 3 times (each time with new questions) to work through getting someone to read/fix my meter and each and every rep I have spoken with has been VERY nice. They make sure to answer any questions I have and go above and beyond for me. I have not yet had my meter read, so I can't fully judge how the services are, but the customer service is one of the best I have ever dealt with and I am VERY thankful for this team.
