Firstly, the girls that work there are really lovely and friendly but all in all not a positive experience. I went to EM months and months ago when looking for a job change.

I applied initially and was told of a great job at a local estate agents and that I was 'almost guaranteed' an interview. When I hadn't heard anything they said that it was 'most likely I wouldn't get one now' which I thought was odd.

I specifically stated I did not want a call centre role, but the only two jobs they deemed suitable for me were in call centres despite them emailing me other, more suitable roles daily. I turned down one that was clearly terrible, but decided I may as well interview for the second due to it's location. They then advised me that they couldn't set up an interview without speaking to me over the phone during office hours - difficult when you work full time! The also told me several different times, thus the interview never materialised.

In the months that passed since, I have found myself a new role rendering signing up with them quite pointless.
