Sold me a internet package. Worked good right away. Got a letter and was told the speed was getting throttled back and still getting charged the same amount. It's been awful since then. Called Dean's for 3 days to set up a service tech and have got NOTHING from
them. Not many options for internet in rual areas but save your money and headache. Dont waste it on Dean's Satalite.
