My experience with Bill Kay was probably by far the best dealership experience I have had, and this is my 5th new car purchase. Got to say Pauly P was very fun to work with. Knowledgeable, upbeat, funny, and personable. He worked hard to keep me in house. Was a true liaison between me and mgmt to get me the deal I wanted. Would definitely do business with them again, and refer others to them. I love my new Cruze.
