If they have no availability they should have the duty of care to let us know so we can arrange something else, but NO Silver Top taxis thinks it's perfectly okay to just not show up and then it is your problem to sort out according to them. Silver Top taxis should be shut down by the government. The immense pain they caused my family is unforgivable.
