I bought a car under the distance selling scheme due the lock down situation. My old car let me down and needed replacing. I emailed an enquiry and got a prompt helpful response from Chris. Due to lock down I was unable to test drive the car but under the distance selling scheme I had the car delivered to my home on a date of my choice and was allowed 2 weeks and 150 miles to decide if I liked the car. I was a bit apprehensive but had no need to be. The car was delivered with a full tank of fuel. Chris phoned me on the morning of delivery to talk me through everything I needed to know and to assure me that if i had any problem or question he would be there to answer my call. I have kept the car. I have had other dealings with Fish Brothers due to my work and have always found them to be super helpful which made me feel happy about buying a car from them.
