Extremely helpful customer service. A wonderfully helpful and positive Scouse girl called me to check that I had prepared my package ok. I then dealt with two more amazing ladies from the Wirral when UPS (who were collecting my parcel from central London) could not find me and left without taking the package. A recollection was speedily organised for free.

I don't often leave reviews for businesses other than restaurants on here... but a very positive experience with Transglobal Express - and best thing, they sent me parcel to Dubai as cheapily as I could find. Will definitely be using them again.
