Unfortunately we had to come across a company like this, such thieves. I would be ashame if I worked for this people. We paid off a loan for a vehicle that had been involved in an accident because we did not purchase gap insurance. Nonetheless, we called to make final payoff and they would not take payment over the phone. Reported us 30 days late with credit bureau finally 1 employee decided to accept payment telling my husband it was the payoff and later they sent a bill for $40+ when we called about it they said it was the balance and then we figured out that they were so eager to take the payment that they accepted less telling my husband it was all he owed. We sent in the balance in a check which never got to them and we called in again after not seeing the checked cleared and they got an approval to accept over the phone. Now if that was possible why did you not offer that when we were trying to pay off the loan. That would have been the norm for a customer service base company. Now that I called to request a review of the issue the guy threatened me with showing proof of when payment was made and I said sure you can also show your notes when we attempted to make payment and you would not acceotnover the phone yet now you can. Be careful with these type of companies. They are so eager to damage your credit but we do have consumer affairs to protect us and social media now to inform everyone. I feel sad for the people that have to use them because they do not have a choice.
