Awful, rude, and unhelpful service. The woman who answers the "Emergency" hotline should be fired. After calling to request an emergency shut off due to a pipe break pouring out of the basement, she told me "we don't do that" and to "call a regular plumber". WORST CITY AGENCY EVER!
