Believe the reviews this company is a nightmare. And avoid robin at all costs. Or wait she will do that for you. We had numerous issues with billing and she refused to respond to us. She dodged phone calls didn't return voicemails or emails and would hang up on us on the rare occasion we could connect. We provided proof that we did not owe money and she could not provide anything on her end to counter that but still sent us to collections. Sadly concord is the corporately office so when you can't get anywhere with the ever so unprofessional robin you're out of luck. Just avoid this place at all costs!
