Went there to bowl with a couple friends for my birthday. We had rented 2 lanes for 2 and a half hours. 1 hour in, I accidentally threw a ball a bit early. Unfortunately, it hit the pin-switching machine. Instead of coming down and talking to us beforehand, they simply closed our lane. When I went to the front to ask, the woman working there told me that she had no control over it and the technician was the one doing it. We had payed before hand and even after they turned on our lane again, I found this place to be unfair and not a good bowling experience in general.
