SheBirths gave me complete confidence in my body s ability to give birth. It empowered me to go past my due date without feeling frustrated or feeling the need to rush anything. I trusted the process. I was deeply worried about birth prior to the weekend course but left the weekend feeling excited and ready for whatever birth had in store for me. Not only did I feel confident I also felt relaxed about how it would unfold. During the birth I was able to focus on the tools I had learnt and that allowed me to persevere for as long as it took for my baby to be born. I know that the knowledge, tools and community from shebirths helped me immensely.
