Myself and my kids have been to NMCP a few times (just the ER). The first time I needed to be seen, it was later in the evening and I was taken care of really well by the nurses and staff and thoroughly tested and poked and prodded. The last two times I have been (once for one of my
children and once for myself) we have been tucked away in a room waiting on a doctor for hours. No routine labs to check for infection were ran for either of us and today I came in with some issues that would indicate a need for abdominal ultrasound and never was given one. Just given medications to put a band aid on the symptoms that have been worsening for days and not going away. Don t even get me started on the 2-4 hour long pharmacy wait times.
