The homes are beautiful and very affordable for any family. The landscaping is the only issues I had with the house like they could put a little more effort into the landscaping. Like put a thin level of pine straw which underneath is cement and huge rocks that could of been easily cleared out and then random bushes/shrubs in the front and we have two very small trees planted and then they payed sod for about 3/4 of our property the rest is rocks/weeds/thick brush. For those reason a three rating is sufficient. They offer great warranties and if you follow what was explained to you during the inspection they will come out and fix when your time comes. Please don t buy from here they are all about how the stand by their work which is not true they do the complete opposite. Grayhawk will refuse to fix minor/major issues that occur with your home. All the problems that occurred or be noticed they come back and say that they are not responsible for fixing the issue and that you will the buyer will have to come out of pocket and get it repaired which just blows my mind. I expect a new home to be done correctly and not have to put money in to get issues fixed that should of been done right in the first place. If I wanted too spend a lot of money on a home I would of bought a home that needs work but not a new construction home. If I knew we would have this many issues I would of went with some other builder. Watch out if you use Rose Ann Erickson Realty they are associated with Grayhawk so their interest is with the builder not you.
