Working with City Staffing has been a fantastic experience! The office is professional yet very warm and inviting. I interviewed with City Staffing at the beginning of the pandemic and they were already going above and beyond to take precautions prior to any city/state mandates in order to make their employees and clients feel safe and comfortable. Bonnie worked with me to feel confident in my work history and was able to find options for me, yet allowing me to feel as if I was in the driver s seat throughout the entire process. As I had never worked with a staffing agency before, they provided me resources to assure my success in virtual interviewing. Once I accepted my short-term project, they were very punctual with payroll and checked in on me during my work to see how things were going with my placement. In my first week on the job, I met a co-worker that had worked with Bonnie at City Staffing as well, and we proceeded to discuss what a fabulous company they are and how helpful and friendly Bonnie is. My co-worker had completed her short-term project with an offer to extend to a permanent role. Should you find yourself struggling to find employment, I would highly recommend reaching out to City Staffing. Even if you find yourself in a short-term role, it allows you the opportunity to network while making money and trying out different companies until you find something that s a perfect fit for you.
