Getting checked in took about 30 minutes. I called the hotel at 5:36pm to let them know I would be arriving at a later than expected time (after 2am). I then called a second time at 11:34pm to make sure they knew I was still coming, lady at front desk said no worries they had already checked me in to a room. I ended up arriving closer to 4am. Took Charles at the front desk about 15 minutes to finish what he was doing before actually looking at my reservation. Then another 20 to get me all checked in. Room was decent slept good until about 8:30am first morning I am on the lower floor housekeeping staff areas are down the hall and it was just loud. I look out the patio door to find hundreds or what appears to be dead and some still alive baby centipedes. Didn't bother me they're outside I am inside went on with my day. Left the hotel from about noon to 9pm. Got back room was not cleaned by housekeeping. Requested a roll out bed, they didn't have those, I was offered an air mattress which they then also didn't have. I settled for extra blankets and pillows never got them. To add the icing on the cake they in the beginning cancelled my original reservation and have now charged my card DOUBLE the amount of my original booking reservation. Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Will not be returning.
