Just had a lovely meal at this restaurant in Brighton. The staff were incredibly helpful in regards to catering for my son's severe dairy allergy, and very reassuring about their food hygiene and cross-contamination procedures. Then when I received the bill, I saw they'd actually spelt his allergy out in black and white to the kitchen staff! Very reassuring. Highly recommend The Perch on Lancing Beach if you're out and about that way. The food was delicious too. Lewis our waiter was fab.
