This is the most I've paid for a haircut probably ...

This is the most I've paid for a haircut probably ever and I thought such a high price meant just as much quality but it was very poorly done. When she washed my hair she left it in knots, I felt her rub the ends between her hands which wasn't necessary, which tangled my hair. No stylist has ever tangled my hair and I've never gone to a salon with tangled hair, and I always carry a brush in my satchel. I've bought vouchers for haircuts at higher quality salons, paid less and got amazing results, so I can clearly tell between a good haircut and a bad one. When she dried my hair she passed the blow dryer over the same sections excessively; I've never had my hair blow dried for such a long time. When she started cutting she didn't seem to have a real technique, at one point she even said something like oops sorry as she cut away some hair. I shrugged it all off while I was there, no point in complaining, I even gave her a small tip, she was nice but she still has a lot to learn. Quantity does not equal quality, that rings true in this situation, Supercuts would have done a better job. I suppose this particular stylist just wasn't experienced, I would have preferred someone with more knowledge or skill for that kind of price. Your staff should all be equally capable and experienced.
