My husband and I have bought 2 cars from Mission Bay VW and get our cars serviced there as well. I dropped off my 2013 Beetle last weekend for trouble it was having, Craig B. worked on the car for us and was super attentive and had great communication with us throughout. When I told him that I d have to get off work early one of the days during the week to go with my husband after his work, to pick up the car (during this pandemic they re closed Saturday) he didn t hesitate to try and find a solution for us. He had the car delivered to us in La Mesa! I think highly of Craig and his super customer service! I m in customer service myself and I go above and beyond for my customers when I need to but I know this is not something that is a trait in all customer service/service professionals. Craig is a keeper, he should be valued always and given a raise We always have a good experience with Mission Bay VW but Craig is a standout in all the time we ve been going there, since 2016. Many thanks to Craig and Mission Bay VW for always taking care of us!
