We would be giving this a zero but it doesn t let you. My wife cancelled her account in Dec/Jan when she moved across the country. They continued to charge her for two more months before she caught it. She called to cancel before they charged her a 3rd month and a charge showed up on her account a day after that phone call. They claim to have no paperwork for her cancellation and yet to provide confirmation that they have cancelled after 2 phone calls either. They may be cheaper than other places around but that s just because they continue to charge you for months after you have cancelled your services.
