POS company. Never received any final bill or collection notice. Changed my address with them in person, as well as had my mail forwarded from the post office to my new address.

Sent my final bill to collections and their service is absolutely no help. TCEC just says "I don't know what to tell you."

Sad that this is the only choice in the area for power. Absolutely a pitiful excuse for a company.
